OUGD505 Studio Brief 1 | Final Design Feedback

I am very happy with the feedback I have received for my final designs. It seems that people like this concept  much more than my previous celebrity idea as people thought it fit the brief a lot more while also providing a more interesting design as people are able to look at different aspects of it and figure out what things mean. 

One thing I do actually like with these designs is how they link together around the theme of humanity and Earth - apparently this is very well communicated through my designs and it is clear that this is the main focus point of the banknotes. 

As I discussed at the start (due to feedback from my previous concept) I didn't want these designs to be too minimal/modern to the point where people may find them hard to use. I understand this is the 'future of money' but I am still thinking about designing for the foreseeable future rather than the very distant future. Thankfully the feedback I received said that my designs weren't too modern and something about them still had a traditional feel to them. When I said it may be due to the fact I kept a portrait on the note along with the bitmapped image of the person, it seems is what gave it that traditional feel.
